Refund Policy - the basics

At The Visa Mentor, we maintain a transparent financial policy in relation to admission facilitation and visa advisory services. All applicants are required to remit an initial advance fee at the commencement of the admission or visa application process, which constitutes a non-refundable administrative and processing charge. This payment is made solely in consideration of services rendered by the company and shall not, under any circumstances, be refundable once the application process has been initiated. Tuition fees, where applicable, are remitted by the applicant directly to the respective university, and consequently remain entirely subject to the institution’s own financial and refund regulations. In the event of a visa refusal, the applicant shall bear no further monetary obligation towards our company beyond the aforementioned advance fee. Any tuition paid to the university shall be refunded in accordance with the university’s established refund policies, to which the student must directly apply. This framework ensures clarity, protects institutional interests, and preserves fairness in all applicant engagements.

What to include in the Refund Policy

At The Visa Mentor (TVM), we follow a transparent and fair financial policy for all applicants. To initiate the admission and visa process, students are required to pay a small advance or processing fee, which is strictly non-refundable once the process has commenced, as it covers administrative and service costs. Tuition fees, where applicable, are paid directly by the applicant to the respective university, and any refunds of such tuition fees remain entirely subject to the university’s official refund policy. In the event of a visa refusal, the applicant shall not be liable to pay any further charges to TVM beyond the initial processing fee, and no additional service fees will be demanded. Refunds are not applicable in cases where the applicant voluntarily withdraws, provides false or incomplete documents, or delays the submission of required information. TVM holds no responsibility for tuition-related disputes, as these are handled solely between the student and the university. By engaging our services and initiating the application process, the applicant confirms full acknowledgment and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
